Q: How durable is Ultimate Shield?

A: The film is ultra durable. Ultimate Shield provides military grade protection. The film was originally designed to protect military equipment and exotic car paint jobs for life.

The tempered glass has an incredibly strong surface. Sharp objects such as blades, knives, keys, scissors will not scratch the Ultimate Shield glass.

A: Yes. It is very easy to remove. Just start from one corner and peel away slowly.

Q: Do i really need to use soap water solution for the Invisible Film installation process?

A: Yes, but only on the shield, NOT on the device. A thin amount of moisture on the film is all that is needed during the installation process.

The solution will allow the shield to easily slide into place and get the perfect alignment. So don't be frightened with this part of the process. Thousands of Ultimate Shields have been applied by our customers without any issues.

Q: Do i really need to have my device switched off for 12 hours after Invisible Film installation?

A: Yes. This time allows Ultimate Shield to cure and set itself properly on the device. This time will also allow any moisture from the installation process to completely dry and any haziness to disappear. Although generally 8 hours would be enough, we would suggest being extra careful for the first 24 hours.

Q: How will my order(s) be shipped?

A: Your order will be shipped using Royal Mail 1st Class within the UK and Royal Mail Priority Airmail to rest of the world. Royal Mail does not offer any tracking information for these services.

The Invisible Film does not come in any expensive packaging or box. This allows us to offer fast FREE Shipping, so you save on postage costs.

Invisible Film will be sent in a hard back envelope for protection.

Our Tempered Glass will come in the Ultimate Shield retail packaging.

Q: How long does it take for the order(s) to arrive?

A: Expected UK delivery is 1-3 business days and 5-7 business days worldwide.

Q: I have still not received my order. What shall i do?

A: There are times when orders may be delayed in the post. We advise to wait an extra two days above the expected delivery dates to see if it turns up. You can also check your local Post Office to find out if they may be holding it.

Q: How do i return an item?

A: To return an item, simply email customercare@ultimateshield.co.uk stating that you would like to return the item and the reason for return and we will process your request asap.
