It doesn't work

After three years with a rival product that worked but simply wore away I regrettably replaced it with the ULTIMATE SHIELD. The rival product was no longer available on my phone. BIG MISTAKE. After less than three weeks!! The screen has broken in two places and I don't even remember the phone being dropped. In the previous three years it was dropped several times to no ill effect due to the previous phone case.
